Pat Mac244 days agoHome Experts was a pleasure to work with; from the initial consultation with Scott, scheduling with Ashley, and finally Jamal’s team completing the job. On the day of the job, Jamal and team arrived when expected, explained exactly was would be done, and prepared the house for the work to be done by protecting the house with plastic and floor coverings. Afterwards, Jamal did a walk through, confirming what was done was expected, and making sure the house was clean. The team was very professional and really cared about what they were doing. It feels warmer already!! We couldn’t be happier with the results, and would recommend Home Experts to all. We wish we did this job sooner.

Warren Grace III261 days agoI had a few cold spots on one side of my house. Sean investigated the problem and came up with a thorough plan. The day before Christmas, Jamal came and did an absolutely incredible job. I can't wait to feel the changes. I have no doubt I will have Jamal back to do the other parts of my house. Janet Perrin263 days agoOutstanding service from start to finish! Jamal and his team exceeded all my expectations. From day one, Jamal walked my property early in the morning and explained exactly what to expect, which made it easy for me to keep my tenant informed throughout the process. His professionalism and communication were excellent. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and care for my property. As soon as the crew arrived, they immediately began laying down tarps to protect my carpets and carefully taping off areas to prevent dust from spreading. I was initially very concerned about the mess and disruption, but watching them take these protective measures put me completely at ease. The job was completed over two days. On day one, they insulated my attic and third level, and I could already feel a noticeable difference in temperature. On the final day, they filled the walls on floors one and two. I was amazed at how efficiently they worked while maintaining their high standards. My only regret is not doing this sooner! My house was unbearable in the winter, even with space heaters running constantly. The difference is incredible, and I wish I hadn’t worried so much and just scheduled the service earlier. Highly recommend Jamal and his team for anyone considering insulation work. Professional, courteous, punctual, and truly care about doing quality work while respecting your home.

Rob270 days agoJamal and his team arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and completed the old attic insulation removal & re-installation in one day. The attic looks 100% better now that all air gaps have been sealed and with fully blown in insulation replacing the old fiberglass batting. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end and made sure to cover and protect everything during the process. An auditor from Home Experts came back to our house about two weeks later to confirm that all of the work was done properly. During that inspection, they performed a whole-house air pressure test and found that because the house was now much more tightly sealed, remediation was needed on our hot water heater and boiler exhaust vents to prevent back-drafting and to keep our house safe from carbon monoxide, which they later completed at no charge to us. The whole process of working with this team has been easy and efficient. I also appreciate that they had an independent employee confirm that all work was done correctly and in a way that ensured the safety of our family. I would definitely recommend using them. We did have another insulation team quote on the project and the prices were comparable, so I wouldn’t hesitate with going with Home Insulation Experts from the start.

Anna Maria Fusco371 days agoWe are VERY happy with home experts. A truly stand up company. They went above and beyind to fix an issue that honestly wasnt their fault. Including the owner personally coming out to get on the ladder himself to fix it! Many other companies would have cleaned up and left it as is saying its not their problem, but they made sure to fix it n treat it as they would their own home. The original HVAC installers left the return vents open to the bays instead of piping it in and when they went to fill insulation into the attic it came into 2 rooms. They cleaned up everything as if there were never there and fixed the issue so we could turn on our AC on. From the quote to scheduling the job they were VERY easy to work with. They were honest where they said we could qualify for a rebate. But they dont schedule the job until it got approved, so you know is good to go. The crew including Jamal was very respectful tapping up everything and cleaning up so they left the house better than they found it.

Cory Marks429 days agoHome Insulation Experts Inc exceeded all expectations. Liad came to my house twice to explain everything in detail. He was a complete professional and was super knowledgeable and trustworthy. On project day, Jamal showed up with his team. They took great care in prepping the house with plastic and to make sure we understood what the plan was for the next two days. Long story short. We are thrilled with the results. Right now as I write this review its 98 degrees outside and normally my 2nd floor would be at least 85 degrees and really uncomfortable. Today the house feels so much better than it did for the past 22 years. Lastly, they have a follow up crew that came back to the house a few days later to make sure everything was done right. We're super happy we chose Home Insulation Experts. We should have done this 10 years ago.

Jay469 days agoThe reviews here are no joke. The work from start to finish is astonishing. Any homeowner should do this immediately. My home was quoted around $10K. Got $4K rebate from PSEG. Financed the balance the PSEG at 0% for 84 months billed into utility bill. Literally a no brainer. Everyone should be doing this.
