Safety is also an important part of the process. When a home is air sealed
and insulated, it can change the way gas-burning equipment vents and operates.
That’s why we perform safety testing on applicable gas appliances before and
after the work is completed to make sure your furnace, boiler, water heater,
and other fuel-burning equipment are venting properly and operating safely.

Your eligibility, available incentives, and financing options depend on your utility and the improvements your home qualifies for.

Beginning at 5% projected savings, each additional percentage point
can increase the incentive by approximately $200, up to the program
maximum. Final incentives are subject to eligible project cost.
